The KX280 is the latest generation semiconductor machine which incorporates either a resistive or superconducting magnet. This machine is ideally suited to grow 300mm material from a high-efficiency 28" hot zone. The KICCS control system provides a stable process to ensure crystal yields are high.

We are in the process of developing the next generation semiconductor machine for larger diameter ingot growth. This machine, the KX320 will accommodate either a 32" or a 36" hot zone and will be designed for ingot diameters up to 450mm.
